Polihali Village is situated in the Mogkotlong District in Highlands of Lesotho. It form part of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, supplying water to South Africa. The village development is a joint venture project between WBHO (South Africa) and LSP (Lesotho). The project is situated between Sani Pass to the southeast (±53km as the crow fly) & Afriski Resort to the northwest (±52km as the crow fly).

Barretts FS were nominated as a subcontractor to the Joint Venture project. We were tasked to construct 2xTennis, 1x Basketball & 1x Indoor Multipurpose (Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball) sport courts, for recreation purposes.

Due to deadlines/project schedules we started construction in April and worked through winter to complete all courts on 31August2023. Our greatest challenge were mountain passes and unexpected snowfall, which Lesotho is famous for.
